Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are available only for items returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
    • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
    • If an item was purchased on sale, or as a clearance item, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check product details at the time of purchase.
  2. Restocking Fee:
    • A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns.
    • This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and repackaging returned items.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at products@hivesforheroes.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
    • Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and processed.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  5. Exclusions:
    • Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Shipping Policy:
    • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
    • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping of your order.
  7. Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, and the restocking fee will be waived in such cases.
