Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available only for items returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
- If an item was purchased on sale, or as a clearance item, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check product details at the time of purchase.
- Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns.
- This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and repackaging returned items.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at products@hivesforheroes.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and processed.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Exclusions:
- Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping Policy:
- We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping of your order.
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, and the restocking fee will be waived in such cases.
